Load Nova
AI co-pilot that automates dispatcher workflows in the US freight industry.
About the product
Load Nova is an AI-powered platform for automating dispatcher workflows in the US freight industry. Dispatchers coordinate loads, drivers, brokers, and paperwork across many disconnected tools — the product acts as an AI co-pilot that removes manual routine and keeps the dispatcher in one focused workspace.
My role
I owned the full product design cycle as the product designer:
- User research with dispatchers and freight operators.
- UX/UI design of the core product surfaces.
- Hypothesis generation and validation.
- Design system development.
- Close collaboration with the engineering team.
What the design achieved
I designed workflows that reduce manual operations and context switching between tools, helping dispatchers make faster decisions and manage freight operations more efficiently. The AI co-pilot handles routine steps while the interface keeps critical decisions — pricing, assignment, communication — clear and fast for the human operator.
